AD Staffing Inc. is hiring a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Recovery Unit in Ottawa, Ontario. This post-op role requires attention to detail and quick response to complications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor surgical patients as they regain consciousness

  • Manage pain, drains, and IV fluids

  • Communicate with families post-surgery

  • Update surgical charts and recovery plans

  • Provide discharge education

Qualifications

  • Active RN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

  • 2 years’ post-op or surgical floor experience

  • ACLS, CPR, and recovery certification required

  • Excellent observation and prioritization skills

  • Strong documentation abilities
