Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress and support rehabilitation plans

  • Administer medications and assist with mobility

  • Educate patients on exercises and therapies

  • Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists

  • Maintain rehabilitation documentation

Qualifications

  • Active RN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

  • 1+ years’ rehab or med-surg experience

  • Knowledge of physical therapy practices

  • Strong motivational and interpersonal skills

  • Current CPR certification
