Job Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming patients and assess condition

  • Deliver urgent interventions for trauma and illness

  • Stabilize patients and prepare for transfer

  • Collaborate with paramedics and ER physicians

  • Maintain emergency documentation and medication records

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in a Canadian jurisdiction

  • 2 years ER or critical care experience

  • ACLS, TNCC, and trauma certifications

  • Strong multi-tasking and resilience under pressure

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
