Job Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with rehabilitation exercises and ADLs

  • Monitor and document patient progress

  • Administer medications and wound care

  • Collaborate with therapists and RNs

  • Educate patients and families on recovery

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses (SALPN)

  • Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
